Why You Should Consider Adding Bulletproof Coffee to Your Morning Routine

Bulletproof coffee is all the rage these days.  It has gained popularity because of its ability to give you more energy and more brain power, two things that most of us could use a little more of these days.  

Concentration, attention, focus, and intelligence are all cognitive abilities that affect the performance of our social and professional lives, and Bulletproof coffee is one way to enhance that performance and stay alert in all situations.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bulletproof coffee beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted grass-fed butter
  • 1 Tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 Tablespoon high-quality collagen powder (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Nut or coconut milk of your choice (if you wish to make a latte)

RECIPE:

Using filtered water, brew 8 ounces of organic coffee.  Add coffee and remaining ingredients in a high powered blender, blending until well combined.  To make a latte, add some warm nut or coconut milk.
