One of the reasons I love drinking smoothies is that you get a whole lotta plants in just one single serving! Power smoothies are often packed full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and can be a helpful addition if you are not quite meeting the mark for your daily fruit and veggie requirement. Most smoothies contain the whole plant (and not just the juice from the plant), so you’ll likely get some added fiber too!
