Food-Mood Journal

THE DETAILS
Food sensitivities are one of the most common issues I see in my work with clients. Contrary to what most women think, IgG food sensitivities do not necessarily cause digestive issues. IgG food sensitivities often show up as fatigue, migraines, anxiety, depression, joint pain, or skin issues and can not only cause miserable chronic symptoms, but can also contribute to weight gain or difficulty losing weight. While I am a BIG fan of food sensitivity testing to identify IgG food sensitivities, keeping a food-mood journal can be a powerful way to determine which foods may be causing symptoms in your body. Keep in mind that IgG food sensitivity symptoms can take up to 48 hours to develop so it’s best to use the food-mood journal for at least TWO weeks. When done consistently, it offers invaluable feedback on the effects that certain foods have on your body.
